Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?

With most orders of paving, stone, composts, bark and rubber, delivery takes around 2-4 working days, based upon your order being placed before lunchtime on a working day. We also offer Next Day delivery, prebooked day and Saturday options on many products, so check on the product for details.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Yes – you can cancel your order free of charge providing the goods have not yet been dispatched. The exception to this rule would be items that are made to order. Do note, we quite often prepare your goods soon after your order has been placed in order to get them delivered to you as quickly as possible. It is also important to know that if the goods have been dispatched before you cancel the order, then you will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the pallets back to the supplier. This charge will usually be in excess of UGX50,000.00 per pallet, but will differ depending on the type of goods ordered, so please contact us for more information.

What if my order is broken on delivery?

If you find a larger quantity of breakages upon delivery then we kindly ask that you notify our customer services and send through photographs of the damages immediately and in any case within a maximum of 7 days from delivery. We will then look to either replace or refund you for the damages. We do also kindly request that the damaged products are retained, as they may need to be collected for insurance purposes.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

If you have a larger order to place, for example, around 10 or more packs of paving, then it's always worth contacting us for a bespoke quotation as we may be able to make a saving for you on the total price of your goods in addition to looking into alternative, upgraded transport methods for you.
